Use a generous amount, apply it to all exposed skin 15 minutes before going outdoors, and reapply at least every two hours. Apply generously for up to 30 SPF cover* when in the direct sun, or rub in daily for a lighter 20 SPF cover. Effective immediately after application. Reapply after swimming, sweating or towel-drying.
